Starting up a new business is exciting! You’ll have the freedom to do things your own way without pressure from managers or directors. Rushing into starting a new business can be tempting, after all, how hard can it be? Although it is possible to start straight away, the most successful businesses are those that have considered what they need to set-up. The type of planning that Pattinsons offer and advice will ensure you are fully informed and aware of all options as you take that first step into starting your own business.

How can we help you?

Formation

It doesn’t matter to Pattinsons is you want an off the shelf ready made company or a tailor made company. If you are a limited liability partnership or PLC, we can assist you with forming your company. If you’d like us to check the availability of a limited company name, just drop us an email. By using companies house information services, we aim to get you your preferred company name or provide you with available alternatives.

Registering with HMRC

As part of our business start up services, we will ensure HMRC are updated with all company details and register the company for any services that may be required (VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE etc.), taking any hassle or pressure away. Pattinsons will also keep you updated, managing these services if instructed to ensure not only is your paperwork filed, organised and up to date but that all filing deadlines and payment deadlines are met with ease.

Planning advice and services

At Pattinsons we want the best for our clients, as such we will advise on the pros and cons of incorporation based on your own situation. We can appoint directors, company secretary, issue subscriber shares, registered office services and completion or all necessary minutes and resolutions whilst explaining what this all means to you every step of the way. Forming a company yourself and getting this wrong can be very costly. Don’t fall foul to common assumptions, take advantage of our expert set up advice and business planning.
