Jessica joined Pattinsons in 2004 at just 16. She initially joined the accounts department whilst attending night school studying AAT, before discovering her real passion, Taxation. Following moving into the tax department at 21, she continued to progress. Through hard work and determination, she obtained her ACCA qualification before she was 25 and moved up the ranks to tax senior after proving to the practice her knowledge, experience and customer service. In 2018 Jessica was rewarded with the opportunity to become director.
Taxation is still Jessica’s passion, specifically personal taxation although due to her knowledge and experience, she is comfortable advising in most areas and occasionally undertakes accounts work.
She lives with her husband and two children, and mostly comes to work for a rest. Chasing little ones around all day is hard work! On the rare moments she gets to relax, she likes to put her kitchen aid mixer to good use making her special gluten free chocolate and coconut ganache cake. Bring some in for us!
